Returns/Refunds
Here at Lillis® we are confident you will be happy with your purchase within 14 days of receipt, but should you want to return any item bought from us we will gladly offer you a refund excluding any postage, providing they are returned unused and in the same condition as they were received. This unfortunately doesn’t apply to custom made items/orders
Please contact Lillisbowtique@hotmail.com to arrange a return, quote your order number and your name & address.
Notice must be given before returning, your reason for return, and we ask that you get proof of your return slip from courier or delivery office.
Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty on arrival.
In the unlikely event of your item breaking in any way we require the item to be returned to ourselves before a refund or exhange is given.
Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as the Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Should you receive the incorrect product upon delivery, this must be returned back to us before the correct product is resent.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been deliberately damaged.
